Any item that has been worn or sustained any damage by the customer is not eligible for return or exchange. Orders usually ship within 7-10 business days of being received. Domestic orders are shipped First Class, international orders are shipped Airmail. Please allow 7 days for domestic orders and up to 10 -16 days for international shipping.
